We organise relaxed pizza & cocktail nights directly at the villa, with a great team of two: Edoardo focused on pizza, Nicco — on cocktails.

The Menu


Each pizza arrives with its cocktail, sometimes echoing the same notes, sometimes creating contrast. You don’t need to analyse it, just notice, bite after sip, how well everything comes together.


A light beginning

Fried Montanara / a light fried dough, golden and airy, filled with stracciatella, delicate salmon and ripe avocado

Mediterranean Gimlet / Gin gently softened by lime, rounded by a whisper of extra virgin olive oil


The tradition

Margherita / Tomato, fiordilatte mozzarella and fresh basil, a timeless Italian classic

Clarified Margherita / Bready vodka meets clarified tomato in a clean, savory sip, echoing the essence of the pizza


Rome meets Cuba

Amatriciana / Tomato base, crispy guanciale, caramelized chili and grated pecorino

Pink pepper Daiquiri / Bright rum and lime lifted by the floral warmth of pink pepper


Mushroom hounds


Truffle and Porcini / Porcini mushrooms and truffle layered on a white base, finished with a single rocket leaf and parmigiano flakes

Porcini Old Fashioned / A deep and contemplative cocktail, where whisky embraces earthy porcini notes


A soft ending

Tiramisù / Coffee soaked layers, mascarpone cream and cocoa powder

Mini Choco Negroni / Back to a timeless italian classic with a final bittersweet sip where cocoa and botanicals close our journey
