Layout & practical details

The house has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living space, comfortable for a small family, a couple or friends travelling together. There is also a sofa in the living area that can be used for an additional guest.

The villa includes a private garden, swimming pool and a gated outdoor area, with parking for 2–3 cars. You’ll find Wi-Fi, a basic set of kitchenware and an outdoor table for long meals in the open air.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Within walking distance of Panzano, you can leave the car behind and reach restaurants and wineries on foot — making it a natural base for exploring the area.
