On the lower floor you’ll find 2 bedrooms — a favourite among adult guests who enjoy a quieter corner of the house — along with a spacious kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room with a fireplace. From here, the doors open straight onto the terrace.

Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms, each with its own character and plenty of light. It’s a house made for gathering, but with enough space for everyone to have their own calm and comfort.

Help yourself to tomatoes and basil from the garden, cook in a kitchen made for real meals or let us arrange a chef and a bottle from the vineyard next door. And yes — there’s a proper wood-fired pizza oven waiting for you.

The house sits within its own generous olive grove. Each year we pick the olives and press a little oil – enough for us, and for the guests who come to stay. It’s a small tradition, but one that gives the villa its real Tuscan heart.

And if you feel like going out instead, Panzano In Chianti is just a 15-minute walk away. A small, elegant hilltop village with wine bars, craft shops and those family-run restaurants where everything tastes better simply because you’ve arrived on foot.

The villa stays wonderfully peaceful, but having dinner or a tasting without ever touching the car is one of those little Chianti pleasures our guests love most.

And getting here is simple — we’re an easy drive from both Florence and Siena. Nearby you’ll find some of the most charming towns in Tuscany: San Gimignano with its towers, Certaldo with its quiet medieval streets, and Volpaia tucked among the vineyards.

Wineries and restaurants are all around you too — welcoming, delicious and close enough to enjoy without any rush.
