Wineries

Prominent wineries
Wineries where you can witness the wine-making process and sample various wines.
Franco: The place you can reach in a couple of minutes by car. After restoration, they've preserved the Tuscan spirit but added more “art” to the winery's interior. Adriano, who conducts tastings, infects with his passion for wine and good vibes!

Small wineries
It's a special pleasure to converse with the person whose hands and heart crafted the wine you're about to taste.
Olga: Truly remarkable winery is I Fabbri in Lamole, owned by the fantastic Susanna Grassi. Her family has owned these lands since 1600, yet they often leased them rather than producing wine themselves. While you won't see the winemaking process or tour the cellar during tastings, you can savor the story of a woman winemaker in the traditional Tuscan world. Susanna is incredibly charismatic, and her wines are just as enchanting. I particularly love the rosé – crisp and mineral.

Olga:It's worth it to hear the stories of Francesco, the son of the people who decided to buy the land they worked on. It's a small, family-owned authentic winery full of “living history”.

Franco: A family-owned winery that is easy to reach on foot through the city center of Panzano. No need to book a tasting in advance, and the atmosphere there is very cozy – hydrangeas, cats, tables under spreading trees.
