His cooking classes are intimate and relaxed, perfect even for two or four guests, and especially convenient for those staying at our villa Il Cascino — it’s just a short walk away.

With years of experience in Paris and at a famous pastry shop in Florence, Gian Luca is a master of the sweet arts. But his warmth and gentle presence go far beyond pastry. Many guests have told us their time with him was the highlight of their entire trip — like cooking with a kind-hearted magician.

Simone brings a refined, quietly confident presence to the kitchen. With years of experience behind him, his approach is elegant and precise — each dish beautifully plated, each detail considered. He’s the kind of chef who lets the food speak for itself.

Unlike more hands-on, rustic experiences, Simone’s dinners are a chance to see traditional Tuscan ingredients reimagined with skill and finesse. He tends to stay in the kitchen, focused and calm, but his professionalism is unmistakable — and the result is always something special.
