Born and raised in the hills of Chianti, Franco is the kind of person who can turn a minus kind of day into a plus one — just by showing up. He’s often the first to welcome guests and the last to wave goodbye, quietly becoming much more than “the guy who fixes things.”

Who could show you a place better than someone who sees the magic in what locals call “everyday”? Olga arrived in Chianti three years ago, not knowing she’d end up loving this land and making friends with local chefs, winemakers, and restaurateurs. Now she shares all her finds with guests, helps plan routes, and puts together those evenings you remember long after.

Together we manage a small collection of properties in Chianti. This is what our world looks like — the homes we manage, the people we work with, and the life that quietly unfolds between check-ins and sunset dinners.
